Chef/Owner Peter Drosos along with his enthusiastic staff prepare several Greek specialties which are all made in-house from the finest, freshest ingredients available.
The made-from-scratch signature “Plaka Gyro” is available exclusively at Plaka Grill in Vienna and Falls Church. Check out the wine and beer offerings.

HISTORY/BACKGROUND:
Chef/Owner, Peter Drosos, is strongly rooted in Vienna - his maternal grandfather having settled there in 1955. Peter was exposed to the restaurant environment at an early age helping out in his parents’ restaurant. After graduating from James Madison High School in 2001, Peter attended culinary school in Athens, Greece where he obtained his degree in culinary arts. He later traveled back to Greece and worked in several establishments learning the art of hand made gyro and souvlaki. Plaka is committed to the Vienna community and is passionate about supporting various schools, youth sports organizations and other worthy charities.
